As is tradition, Pack 7 came rolling in to Buck Hill on Friday to torrential downpours. Our scout families stuck it out and woke up to clear skies on Saturday. We spent the day fishing, swimming, cooking and eating – ending with a fishing derby, campfire, skits, smores and a brief nighttime hike. For many families, this was a first camping experience and we’ve heard that it was enjoyed by all. Thank you to all of the volunteers who made the campout a success and thank you to the scouts and their families for showing up and having fun!
